Who are we?

Whayle is a leading consulting firm specializing in data-driven solutions within the domain of absenteeism and disability. We help insurers, intermediaries, and large employers make better decisions and optimize their processes using data analytics. By combining deep industry knowledge with advanced data science techniques, we provide clear insights and practical solutions that directly impact business performance.

Our expertise lies in analyzing complex datasets to improve risk assessment, optimize processes, and enhance financial outcomes. For example, we help insurers develop sustainable pricing strategies by analyzing historical data and market trends. We also design monitoring solutions that provide real-time insights into financial, operational, and actuarial performance, enabling organizations to continuously improve their decision-making.

At Whayle, collaboration, expertise, and innovation are key. We are looking for professionals who want to work on challenging projects at the intersection of business and data science. Whether advising clients on strategic decisions, managing large datasets, or developing analytical frameworks, our work has a real impact.

What are we going to do at the Business Orientation Days?

Whayle is holding individual meetings and interviews for working students and data scientists with a passion for consultancy, data science, and making a social impact.

We’re looking for candidates with a strong quantitative background—such as econometrics, artificial intelligence, mathematics, physics, or business analytics. Strong analytical skills, programming knowledge, and a proactive mindset to turn data insights into practical solutions are essential.
