Het Finance Traineeship bij Staan geeft je de kans om ervaring op te doen bij toonaangevende opdrachtgevers zoals Heineken, Swapfiets, Rituals, de Hartstichting en Domino’s. Zo breid je in korte tijd je kennis en netwerk uit in de wereld van Finance & Control.
Via onze Staan Academy volg je praktijkgerichte opleidingen en trainingen, waaronder Lean, Excel en Power BI. Daarmee ontwikkel je niet alleen de juiste technische skills, maar ook de competenties die je nodig hebt om direct impact te maken.
Na afronding van het traineeship stopt jouw ontwikkeling niet. Je krijgt bij ons de kans om door te groeien met vervolgopleidingen zoals CMA of zelfs Register Controller bij Nyenrode Business Universiteit. Zo zet je stap voor stap jouw pad voort richting functies als Business Controller, of misschien zelfs CFO.

And your development doesn’t stop once the traineeship ends. You’ll have the chance to continue your growth with advanced programs such as CMA or even the Register Controller program at Nyenrode Business University. Step by step, you’ll shape your path towards becoming a Business Controller, or perhaps even a CFO.
