Work for us
Als consultant werk je mee binnen ons unieke bedrijfsmodel waarin ondernemerschap voorop staat. Samen met zo’n 100 ambitieuze collega’s werk je rechtstreeks voor onze klanten. Je werkt op ons kantoor in Amsterdam of Rotterdam. Daarnaast heb je de flexibiliteit om hybride te werken. De meeste consultants bij Sprenkels hebben een achtergrond in econometrie, actuariaat of wiskunde.
As a consultant, you are part of our unique business model in which entrepreneurship comes first. Together with about 100 ambitious colleagues, you work directly for our clients. You will work at our office in Amsterdam or Rotterdam. In addition, you have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup. Most consultants at Sprenkels have a background in econometrics, actuarial science, or mathematics.
What are we going to do at the Business Orientation Days?
Tijdens onze middagsessie geven we een beeld van onze strategische vraagstukken. De
pensioenhervorming is één van de grootste herverdelingen van kapitaal in de wereld. Dit raakt alle aspecten van de sector. Hoe beslis je of een fonds ophoudt met bestaan? Hoe geef je het nieuwe beleid vorm? Hoe communiceer je met je deelnemers? We nemen je mee langs de vragen waar de grootste fondsen van Nederland voor staan.
Tijdens onze case los je problemen uit de praktijk van onze sector op. ’s Avonds maken we onder genot van een diner op een boottocht over de Amsterdamse grachten om iedereen op een informele manier te leren kennen.
During our afternoon session, we will give you an impression of our strategic challenges. Pension reform is one of the largest reallocations of capital in the world. This impacts every aspect of the sector. How do you decide whether a fund should cease to exist? How do you shape the new policy? How do you communicate with participants? We will walk you through the questions faced by the largest funds in the Netherlands.
During our case study, you will solve problems from real-world situations in our sector. In the evening, we will enjoy dinner together on a boat tour through the canals of Amsterdam to get to know everyone in an informal setting.
