In 2024 kwam hier de energiemissie bij: bijdragen aan een duurzaam energiesysteem, dat betrouwbaar en betaalbaar blijft. We voeren onze missie uit met een hecht en ambitieus team met uiteenlopende achtergronden en talenten. Met onze zorgvuldig onderbouwde adviezen stellen we bestuurders en beleidsmakers in staat om hun strategie te bepalen.

Daarbij speel je vanaf je eerste dag een rol in alle facetten van het werk. Denk aan analyses uitvoeren, interviewen, bijeenkomsten begeleiden, rapporten opstellen en presentaties maken en houden. Bij SiRM staat je ontwikkeling nooit stil, we hebben een uitgebreid opleidingsprogramma. We are a relatively small consultancy firm with partners and directors acting as cooperating foremen. From day one, you’ll play a role in all aspects of the work, such as conducting analyses, interviewing, facilitating meetings, drafting reports, and creating and delivering presentations. At SiRM, your development never stops; we offer a comprehensive training program. You’ll also work on challenging projects with real social impact that align with your skills and preferences.

Wil je ervaren hoe het is om te werken als consultant aan actuele thema’s in de gezondheidszorg? Wil je weten hoe we met een sterk analytische insteek én diepgaande kennis van de zorg tot adviezen met echte impact komen? Kom dan naar onze workshop tijdens de BOD!
Je werkt aan een actueel vraagstuk in de gezondheidszorg in Nederland, de inrichting van de huisartsen spoedzorg. In kleine groepjes ga je aan de slag en doorloop je, onder begeleiding van onze consultants, alle stappen van een echt project bij SiRM. Uiteraard presenteer je na afloop je resultaten!

You’ll be working on a current healthcare issue in the Netherlands: the organization of general practitioner emergency care. You’ll work in small groups and, guided by our consultants, go through all the steps of a real project at SiRM. Naturally, you’ll present your results afterward!
