Who are we?

Het werk van het ministerie van Financiën gaat over meer dan cijfers en geld alleen. Het gaat over mensen zoals jij en ik. Het ministerie van Financiën luistert naar wat er speelt in de samenleving van vandaag en heeft aandacht voor hoe Nederlanders hun toekomst zien. We zorgen ervoor dat Nederland en onze economie klaar zijn voor de steeds sneller veranderende wereld van morgen. Samen werken we aan een financieel gezond Nederland en jij kunt jouw steentje bijdragen in een van de stages, traineeships of startersfuncties binnen Financiën. 

The work of the Ministry of Finance is about more than just numbers and money. It is about people like you and me. The Ministry of Finance listens to what is happening in today’s society and pays attention to how the Dutch envision their future. We make sure that the Netherlands and our economy are prepared for the rapidly changing world of tomorrow. Together, we work towards a financially healthy Netherlands, and you can contribute by taking part in one of the internships, traineeships, or entry-level positions at the Ministry of Finance (all Dutch spoken).

Tijdens de Business Orientation Days geven we samen met onze collega’s een kort kijkje achter de schermen bij het ministerie van Financiën en de Auditdienst Rijk. We nemen je mee in wat we doen en laten je zien welke kansen er voor jou liggen bij ons. 

During the Business Orientation Days, together with our colleagues, we will give you a behind-the-scenes look at the Ministry of Finance and the Auditdienst Rijk. We will show you what we do and highlight the opportunities that await you with us (Dutch spoken).
