Over 18 months, you’ll work on three challenging assignments. Two within your field of expertise and one outside it, pushing you to step outside your comfort zone and discover new strengths.
But it’s not just about the work. You’ll invest in your personal and professional growth through training, coaching, intervision and our Unlimited Learning platform, with thousands of courses to choose from.
And you won’t do it alone. You’ll have a Buddy, Line Manager, Project Manager and Talent Manager supporting you along the way. Plus, a network of fellow trainees who are on the same journey.

What are we going to do at the Business Orientation Days?
At VodafoneZiggo, fun, impact and a challenge are at the heart of what we do. We’re excited to meet you and introduce our Discover Traineeship!
We’ll start with a presentation about who we are and what our Discover Traineeship really means. We’re bringing along a former Discover Trainee who’ll share their personal stories with you, what surprised them, what challenged them, and what made their time special.
After that, we’re looking forward to connecting over lunch. This is your chance to chat with us in a relaxed setting: ask anything, share your ideas, and get a genuine feel for our culture.
