Who are we?
Eight Advisory is an independent pan-European advisory firm specialising in the Financial, Strategic and Operational due diligence as well as Valuation and Restructuring. With over 1,100 consultants, including 125 partners, we advise company managers, investors and banks on acquisitions, financial challenges, and strategic & operational decisions.
Our Amsterdam team combines local expertise with international reach. As a founding member of Eight International, we can draw on a global network of independent advisory firms across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Oceania. From assessing an acquisition to developing a growth strategy or helping a business overcome financial difficulties, we turn complex financial and strategic questions into practical advice.

At Eight Advisory Amsterdam, you join an entrepreneurial team where you learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to challenging projects. In Transaction Services and Restructuring, you explore what drives business performance, assess investment risks and help companies navigate financial challenges. Our Strategy and Valuation & Modelling teams develop growth strategies, value business, and build financial models to support decisions. Along the way, you develop your technical skills, commercial judgement and understanding of businesses across different sectors, working with private equity and corporate clients.
What are we going to do at the Business Orientation Days?
During the Business Orientation Days, you will step into the role of an advisor during our interactive workshop. Choose from topics in Transaction Services, Strategy Consulting or Valuation & Modelling, work through a business case and turn your analysis into a recommendation. Junior and senior colleagues from our Amsterdam team will guide you through the challenge and share insights into their day-to-day work. It is a chance to put your analytical skills into practice, ask questions and get a feel for working at Eight Advisory.
