Who are we?

This is how we do it:

•  Personal guidance is central to us. Employees are given the opportunity to follow [international] courses and meetings. Exchanges with an office in another country are also possible.
•  Are you a working student? Then you can gain practical experience within our practices alongside your bachelor’s or master’s degree. The period and number of days will be determined together with you.
• Are you looking for an internship or (graduation) traineeship? We have the possibilities.
• Do you have your vwo, mbo, bachelor or master degree [almost] in your pocket? We have various entry-level positions within accountancy, (international) tax and our advisory practice.
• As a starter you follow the Traineegame: a program in which you get to know the organization, the international network and each other better. We always finish in London, where you will get to know our international network.
• As a starter, you can choose from a wide range of training courses. A course in mindfulness or assertiveness? You will always find a course that suits you. There are plenty of opportunities, you grab them yourself.
• Young GT organizes fun events for colleagues up to 30 years of age, such as beach volleyball, a racing experience, of a debate with our board.

What are we going to do at the Business Orientation Days?

During the Business Orientation Days we are hosting the individual talks and the coffee date. During the individual talks, we hope to get to know you better but leave an impression of the services we offer at Grant Thornton. At the Coffee Date workshop, we will get to know the group of students that will join us during this interactive session where a barista will teach us how to make a delicious cappuccino and more!
