What are we going to do at the Business Orientation Days?
Tijdens de BOD gaan we op een laagdrempelige en gezellige manier kennismaken met studenten, en dat doen we uiteraard met koffie!
We organiseren koffiedates waarin we studenten de kans geven om in een informele setting met ons in gesprek te gaan. Geen formele sollicitatiegesprekken, maar gewoon een goed gesprek over wie zij zijn, wat hen drijft en hoe Forvis Mazars daarin zou kunnen passen. Voor ons is het dé manier om talent écht te leren kennen, en voor studenten een mooie kans om een kijkje te nemen in onze organisatie, sfeer te proeven en vragen te stellen die je normaal niet zo snel stelt.
Kortom: een ontspannen moment met impact. We kijken ernaar uit om jullie te ontmoeten!
During the BOD, we will get to know students in a relaxed and friendly way—and of course, with coffee!
We organize coffee dates that give students the chance to have informal conversations with us. These are not formal interviews, but simply a good conversation about who they are, what drives them, and how Forvis Mazars might fit into their ambitions. For us, it’s the perfect way to truly get to know talent, and for students, a great opportunity to take a look inside our organization, experience the atmosphere, and ask questions they might not normally ask.
