Bij ons werken ambitieuze en leergierige professionals die niet alleen uitblinken in financiën en vastgoed, maar ook continu willen begrijpen wat er écht speelt in de sectoren waarin we actief zijn. Niet voor niets hebben we drie hoogleraren en professoren in ons team en doen we continu onderzoek. We dagen elkaar uit, zoeken naar de beste oplossingen en blijven leren!

We geloven in “het kan altijd beter” en die mentaliteit zoeken we ook in studenten die willen groeien. Of je nu een carrière in finance, vastgoed of consultancy overweegt, bij ons krijg je de kans om te zien hoe je wetenschappelijke inzichten en data in de praktijk toepast. Tijdens de Business Orientation Days nemen we je mee in een uitdagende case rondom een realistische werksituatie bij een fictieve klant. Samen met andere studenten ga je aan de slag met een actuele vraag uit de praktijk. Zo krijg je een goed beeld van de type vraagstukken waar wij bij Finance Ideas dagelijks aan werken — en ontdek je hoe jouw financiële of vastgoedkennis kan bijdragen aan maatschappelijke impact. Je ervaart niet alleen hoe het is om bij ons te werken, maar ook hoe je analytisch vermogen en frisse blik het verschil kunnen maken. During the Business Orientation Days, we will guide you through a challenging case based on a realistic work situation at a fictional client. Together with other students, you will tackle a current question from practice. This gives you a clear picture of the types of challenges we deal with daily at Finance Ideas—and shows you how your financial or real estate knowledge can contribute to societal impact. You’ll not only experience what it’s like to work with us but also see how your analytical skills and fresh perspective can make a difference.
